You get a confirmation email with a tracking link for each item. Allow 1–3 days for the carrier’s first scan — until then the tracking page shows nothing, which just means the carrier hasn’t processed the package yet.

Every design is made up as a single batch in premium vegan leather. When a run sells through, the next pieces are made in the next run — a pre-order reserves yours from that batch.

Each drop page states its batch window — the August batch ships Sep 2–9. You get the tracking email when it leaves.

They split: in-stock pieces ship now, pre-orders follow their batch. A tracking link for each item, one order.

Yes. The code covers every piece in the cart, in stock or pre-order.

30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Unused, in original condition and original packaging — accessories, dust bags, tags and paperwork included. Ship it insured and trackable; the piece is your responsibility until it reaches the warehouse.

Email cs@afroyla.com with the subject “Return Afroyla Items”, your order number, and clear photos of the item and package. Support replies with return instructions. Approved returns ship to Suite 411, 2741 Basswood Blvd, Building 4, Fort Worth, TX 76131.

The customer — unless the return is our error (wrong item or a manufacturing defect). Then the label is on us.
